The "RUNNERBREAKER" CRUSHER IS CAPABLE OF BEING FREE STANDING, OR INTEGRATED INTO ANY AUTOMATED PRODUCTION LINE FOR CONTINUOUS SPRUE CRUSHING.

The "RUNNERBREAKER" is a recentlly innovated machine, which solves the problems of conventional sprue crushers. The patented 3-Demensional action of the machine brakes portions of runners you require. This improves the melting efficiency, saves running costs and protects the environment.

CRUSHING PROCESS

Charging
Material is charged into the top opening. Small pieces drop through but larger, longer pieces remain in the crushing zone.

Start of crush
The remaining material which is larger than the occlusion of the blades is crushed.

Crushing
The continuous crushing action of the blades allows crushed material to drop through.

Discharging
The size of the crushed material is adjustable by presetting the occlusion of the blades.

CHARACTERISTICS

The crushing stroke and the cycle times are controlled by PLC. The size of broken runners and capacity of production can be adjusted easily.

Integration into the line.

The RUNNERBREAKER is able to be free standing and independent in yards or implemented into established production lines through simple PLC control.
