Newly Developed "RUNNERBREAKER FOR ALUMINIUM ALLOY"

The most cost efficient method for aluminium alloy throughput, recycling and re-introduction. Combining gravity with the latest crushing technology and new blade design, we have successfully developed the simplest way to recycle aluminium alloys.

Through years of experience, we have successfully trialed, modified and developed a RUNNERBREAKER specifically designed to easily deal with the malleable characteristics of Aluminium alloys. A simple cut and crush mechanism combines the necessary technology and process for efficient recycling in casting plants around the world. (Patented.)

Material can be easily crushed to required uniform sizes and reduced accordingly to suit customers line conditions. The New RUNNERBREAKER is lighter, has less wearable components, and with its new cutting edge, non-ferrous, blade design can more effectively crush and slice through any recyclable material with the greatest of ease.

CHARACTERISTICS

One of the most important processes in the production cycle is the re-melt and recycle methods for scrap and other returnable material. The conventional recycle method is direct feeding or labor intensive, manual, break up of large, dangerous material. Our RUNNERBREAKER easily crushes material of all dimensions into required uniform sizes, reducing Raw Material Costs, Transportation Costs, Material Capacity/Density, Furnace Bridging, Maintenance and Downtime, Labor and Injury Costs, Stockyard space and many other key areas in the industry.

Different breaking status.

The crushing stroke and the cycle times are controlled by PLC. The size of broken runners and capacity of production can be adjusted easily.

Integration into the line.

The RUNNERBREAKER is able to be free standing and independent in yards or implemented into established production lines through simple PLC control.

Fully patented, custom made, Hi-manganese crushing blades produce unmatched longevity, low wear and less system failures resulting in less downtime and a decrease in total maintenance costs.
